Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable duties in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform daily sales reconciliation and ensure accuracy of all transactional records
• Maintain and update sales records and Accounts Receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Process sales refunds and petty cash reimbursements for F&B outlets
• Calculate turnover rental in accordance with lease agreement terms
• Prepare and update Accounts Receivable schedules, statements, and reports for month‑end closing
• Provide administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting within the F&B or retail industry
• Well organized, proactive, and equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
