Responsibilities:
- Conduct shop‑level inspections to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are complied with
- Implement major food safety and hygiene programs, including but not limited to Personal Hygiene, Pest Control, Sanitation Programs, and HACCP systems
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety and hygiene management
- Perform root‑cause analysis on identified QA and food safety non‑conformances, and follow up on customer complaints, hygiene gaps, and underperforming stores
- Liaise routinely with external service providers delivering QA‑related services, including pest control operators, third‑party laboratories, and chemical service providers
- Prepare documentation and reports, analyze QA and food safety data, and identify trends
- Deliver or support training activities, including on‑site coaching and classroom sessions, to enhance frontline staff’s hygiene performance
- Support the planning and execution of QA food safety improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science or any related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance; experience in the F&B, Retail, or FMCG industries is preferred
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards is an advantage
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and report preparation
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
