Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including voucher entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare month-end financial statements, schedules, and reports for management review
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers, monitor depreciation, and handle proper accounting treatment for acquisitions, disposals, and write-offs
- Develop and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts
- Support internal and external audits, including stocktakes, and ensure the timely resolution of audit queries
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal control policies
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and projects as requested by management
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance
- CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and fixed asset management
- Mature, self-confident, energetic, and responsive
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as an Accountant
- Immediately available candidate is an advantage
