Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including voucher entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare month-end financial statements, schedules, and reports for management review
• Maintain and update fixed asset registers, monitor depreciation, and handle proper accounting treatment for acquisitions, disposals, and write-offs
• Develop and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts
• Support internal and external audits, including stocktakes, and ensure the timely resolution of audit queries
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal control policies
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and projects as requested by management

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and fixed asset management
• Mature, self-confident, energetic, and responsive
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as an Accountant
• Immediately available candidate is an advantage
