Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of brand collaterals such as promotion and product visuals, menus, POSM, and app/web banners, ensuring brand consistency
- Partner closely with different in-house marketing teams to translate campaign goals into compelling campaign storytelling across all relevant communication touchpoints
- Generate ideas and plan video content production that uplifts the vibe and brings to life the brand spirit we want our consumers to connect with
- Coordinate and liaise with various suppliers such as creative agencies, merchandise and packaging producers, photographers, and video editors to ensure quality, brand accuracy, and timely delivery across print, digital, branded merchandise, and video assets
- Leverage graphic, video, and AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Photoshop, Runway, CapCut) to enhance efficiency (speed) and effectiveness (quality) of creative output
- Act as a brand guardian to maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines, approve and ensure all outputs (including adaptation and localized content) from different markets align with brand guides and standards
- Provide graphic design support for ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication or any related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in creative and design experience
- Proven experience in developing key visuals and campaign hero assets, including POSM and social video
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign and at least one video editing tool (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience in F&B, retail, or FMCG is preferred; Candidates with a solid agency background are welcome, especially those who have managed multiple brands and fast-paced campaigns
- A creative thinker who goes beyond design to understand brand strategy, consumer journeys, and visual identity systems, with a passion for translating business and marketing objectives into compelling creative territories
- Proactive and self‑driven with a can‑do mindset; detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Brand Creative Specialist
