Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing D365 FO, including parameters, workflows, security roles, and user access
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for D365 FO modules such as Finance, SCM, Production, Inventory, and Warehouse
• Perform proactive maintenance by applying updates and patches, monitoring system performance, managing batch jobs, and ensuring high availability
• Collaborate with F&B stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve system issues, and promote best‑practice D365 FO usage
• Manage data imports/exports, perform data integrity checks, and support reporting and analytics requirements
• Support system enhancements by participating in planning, testing, upgrades, customizations, and vendor coordination
• Develop user training materials, documentation, and knowledge base content to improve adoption and self‑service capability
• Ensure IT governance, data security, privacy compliance, and contribute to disaster recovery and audit readiness
• Monitor Microsoft updates and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and operations

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in relevant IT roles, including at least 4 years of hands‑on administration, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) or its predecessor, Dynamics AX; experience in F&B, food production, manufacturing, or supply‑chain–heavy industries is strongly preferred
• In‑depth knowledge of key D365 FO modules such as Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets), Supply Chain Management, Production Control, Inventory/Warehouse Management, and Master Planning
• Proficiency with D365 FO administration tools, including Lifecycle Services (LCS), security configuration, batch job management, Data Management Framework, workflow setup, and performance monitoring
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem integrations (Azure, Power Platform, APIs), basic extensions/customizations (X++, models), and release/update management
• Solid SQL/Azure SQL skills for querying, data analysis, troubleshooting, and supporting reporting (Power BI or similar tools advantageous)
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) for incident, problem, and change management
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, project coordination, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Willingness to travel and support overseas projects
