Responsibilities:
- Consolidate maintenance requests on a daily basis and allocate appropriate resources to handle the request such as contact outsourced contractors or internal on-site technician
- Process expense reimbursement and / or invoice settlement for management’s approval
- Maintain a well-organized documentation system for both paper-based files and electronics files
- Ensure all urgent maintenance cases are recorded for future reference
- Monitor contractors’ work execution through examining and overseeing contractors’ use of materials, work procedures, work progress and workmanship
- Perform administrative support to the team including, but not limited to, booking conference room, coordinating meeting, updating duties roster
- Perform any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or any related disciplines
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in administration field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Detail-minded with strong organization skill
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduates are welcome
