Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities, including new lettings, renewals, budget preparation, tenancy liaison, and administrative support for brand relaunch
• Source and acquire new sites, and handle leasing renewals for existing stores
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and financial assessments
• Perform market research and analysis, and oversee the preparation of leasing reports
• Achieve company goals and build a high-performance team
• Maintain and establish good relationships with landlords and real estate agents
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to formulate and implement development and expansion strategies
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in leasing, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level, preferably in chain stores
• Strong network within the commercial real estate field in Hong Kong; overseas experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the property and F&B market
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
