Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a sizeable team responsible for financial analysis, budgeting & planning , and costing, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
• Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Responsible for the monthly financial reviewreport preparation for business units
• Business partnering with other departments to support daily operation
• Involvement in the feasibility study on new store opening and post investment review, as well as new business models and initiatives
• Responsible for daily/weekly sales report and financial projections
• Review and streamline the Finance related policy and procedure and SOP
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis and provide insightful advice to business leaders
• Participate in systems/BI tools implementation

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field , and professional qualifications from a recognized accountancy body
• Aminimum of 8 years working experience in accounting with supervisor level
• Past experience in the F&B or FMCG sector is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Good communication skills
• Mature, self-confident, energetic and responsive
• Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadlines
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
