Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Corporate Communication Department, e.g. general office administration, data update, event support
- Support event management from pre-event preparations to post-event activities, e.g. logistics management, on-site support
- Update website content and maintain system data
- Prepare report and presentation materials when necessary
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / degree holder in any discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- Detail-oriented and flexible with good communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Undergraduate students or mature candidates are welcome
- Flexible working hour (18-27 hour per week)
