Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, selection, assessment, and onboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies leveraging digital platforms, social media, job boards, talent networks, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates
  • Track vacancies and recruitment progress across business units to ensure timely hiring and effective resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, trends, and talent pipeline to provide actionable insights and support workforce planning
  • Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs and provide strategic recruitment insights and recommendations
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s reputation and attract top talent
  • Support HR transformation, change management, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
  • Contribute to HRBP initiatives, including onboarding, employee relations, engagement programs, and retention strategies

Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in F&B, FMCG, or retail, including full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques to deliver high-quality hires
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Good analytical and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Responsible, people-oriented, proactive, and positive in approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in HRIS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
