Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities to enhance positive employee experience
- Organise and execute employee Recognition Programmes
- Support to conduct the staff engagement surveys through various HR tools and vendors
- Keep abreast of the latest trends driving HR practices and innovations
- Complete or assist ad hoc HR project as assigned
- Assist to cultivate a positive company culture
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant HR experience in F&B or retail industry
- Strong Communication skills with an outgoing, poise and persuasive style
- Good understanding of the latest HR trends and the intersections between HR and culture
- Ability to drive ideas to execution and deliver results through effective collabation with others
- Ability to adapt and manage deliverables and resources in a changing environment
- A good team player who works effectively with different departments within the company
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in Chinese and English
