Responsibilities :

• Plan CRM strategies and loyalty programmes that align with brands’ direction for member acquisition, engagement and retention
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate the CRM result to deliver the actionable insights
• Drive new CRM technologies and best practices
• Develop a personalized customer centric communication plan across the channels including in app communication or external platforms
• Plan and enable automated journeys using marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze), including segmentation, personalization, and testing setups
• Work with Data Analytic team to refine measurement frameworks, attribution logic, and customer segmentation models that power personalization and experimentation
• Analyze journey performance and propose optimization actions based on the data
• Develop and execute comprehensive global paid advertising strategies for TamJai Yunnan Mixian and TamJai SamGor Mixian across media channels, including but not limited to Google Ads and Meta
• Analyze consumer behavior and identify trends to shape ad targeting and content directions in different markets
• Collaborate with the local marketing team to launch campaigns
• Manage the performance of the digital agency to deliver business results
• Work closely with Group IT teams on technical enablement and to fix technical issues
• Provide guidance and support to local team members to develop their skills and knowledge in CRM and paid advertising
• Develop the ways of working for CRM planning and introduce them to local teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation, with proven involvement in managing a scalable loyalty programme; prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred
• Proven track record in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 or other mobile measurement platforms), with the ability to generate actionable insights from diverse data sources
• Exposure to data visualisation tools, such as Google Looker Studio or Power BI
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Group CRM & Digital Manager
