Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Support full-cycle corporate recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, offer preparation, and onboarding execution
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and assist in implementing recruitment approaches aligned with workforce planning
- Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of hire
- Assist in executing employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
HR Business Partnering
- Support HR leadership in providing guidance to department heads on HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Assist in managing the employee lifecycle by coordinating HR activities from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and engagement, recommending improvements to HR processes and programs
- Contribute to the rollout of Group HR initiatives, assisting in communication, adoption, and compliance to ensure alignment with HR strategies and company policies
Employee Engagement & Culture Impact
- Support employee engagement initiatives aligned with company priorities and culture objectives
- Evaluate engagement effectiveness through participation analytics, feedback channels, and survey insights
- Translate engagement data into actionable recommendations to improve workplace experience and retention
- Assist in the development and delivery of recognition, communication, and culture-building programs
- Facilitate employee voice platforms including surveys, focus sessions, and engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure engagement activities contribute to measurable behavioral and cultural outcomes
Projects and Continuous Improvement
- Support HR transformation and change initiatives impacting employee experience and operational effectiveness
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making
- Perform ad-hoc HR duties and special projects as required to support business needs and organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, including employee engagement, internal communications, and HR business partnering
- Proven experience planning and executing engagement initiatives and events with multiple stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Responsible, proactive, people-oriented, and positive in approach
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including Chinese word processing
