Responsibilities:
- Act as business partner to provide HR solutions to business units on people related matters, like talent acquisition and retention etc.
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process of frontline positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing and providing recommendations to shops managers
- Participate in job fair and recruitment talks
- Work closely with recruitment channels and keep monitoring the effectiveness of existing recruitment channels
- Maintain recruitment database and prepare recruitment-related reports
- Assist to implement key HR projects / programs as assigned and make recommendation and suggestions for improvement
- Continuous review, formulate and implement the HR policies and procedures
- Support in various employee relations activities
- Perform any other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ solid experience in handling extensive recruitment activities, preferably in retail / FMCG / F&B industry
- With experience in sizable multinational is an advantage
- Mature, independent, well-organized with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
