Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic, sales growth, and brand awareness across all channels
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and annual growth targets
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to strengthen brand positioning, customer acquisition, and product visibility
  • Drive promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and product launches to deliver measurable sales impact
  • Collaborate with operations to optimize menu mix and pricing strategies, enhancing profitability and operational efficiency
  • Manage the marketing calendar and budget, ensuring effective planning and maximum return on investment
  • Design and implement integrated marketing communications to support key business KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (PR, creative, media, social, production) to ensure seamless execution and alignment
  • Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to expand brand reach
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to drive data-informed decisions
  • Support ad hoc marketing and business initiatives as required

Requirements :

  • Degree in marketing, Communications or any related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, or FMCG industries, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Strong team player with high ownership and accountability
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
