Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyse the Group’s cash position, liquidity and working capital requirements
- Support the treasury team in managing the Group’s short-term investments
- Assist in the preparation of monthly cashflow statements and other reports related to the Group’s treasury activities
- Handle the books and records (i.e. including voucher entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations) of the shared service entities as well as the consolidated process of the Group
- Prepare month-end financial statements, schedules, and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal control policies
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and projects as requested by management
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirements :
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance; CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
- Good knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and treasury function
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available candidate is an advantage
