Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platform and contribute creative ideas on content/ design
- Develop digital marketing and online media strategies to raise brand awareness
- Develop impact and effective online content, advertising, video strategy to achieve business objectives
- Support in planning and executing CRM strategies, campaigns to improve customer acquisition, retention and reactivation to meet business objectives
- Support the daily maintenance of mobile APP, including menu update, members communications, rewards management etc.
- Closely co-ordinate with Operations Team on day-to-day CRM related issues
- Work closely with agencies and internal departments for all CRM projects, including CMS and UAT management
- Support other promotion activities including branding campaigns/ new product launch promotion
- Perform any ad hoc tasks when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or related fields
- At least 3 years solid experience in company with similar capacity, preferably with exposure in F&B, Retail industries and/or FMCG industries
- Hands on experience in managing social media platform and Mobile APP management would be an advantage
- Good knowledge in POS system is a PLUS
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Proactive, attentive, well-organized, responsible, independent and self-motivated
- Able to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
