Responsibilities

  • Serve as a solution owner of CRM and Marketing Technology Platforms to oversees the solution design, architecture, implementation, enhancement and ongoing support
  • Manage the product lifecycle of CRM & Marketing Technology solutions, ensuring product quality, performance, and ROI in alignment with business needs
  • Collaborate with Digital and CRM team to develop digital products and CRM platform, fulfil user requirements, and manage Digital Marketing Tools
  • Work closely with the Business Project Manager and Business Users for implementation and delivery of business solutions
  • Participate as a member of the Data Transformation Team to develop the Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Warehouse
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders on functional & security requirements, gap analysis, technical specifications, data conversion, training, testing, and rollout
  • Manage and support the global solution from system design and implementation to maintenance for all regions
  • Play a key role in Research and Development for innovative solutions and advanced technology adoption, from proof-of-concept to go-live
  • Undertake ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or any related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in POS, CRM & E-commerce solutions support from F&B Industry
  • Hands-on experience in SCRUM, Web/App development, CRM & Marketing Technology Platforms, Data Analytics tools and regional projects handling is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience in Python, Hadoop/Spark, SQL, NoSQL, AI and Machine Learning is an advantage
  • Strong background on Technical Project Management and Vendor Management
  • Solid knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Micro Service Design and Data Engineering
  • Strong analytics skills and practical expertise in ETL, data cleansing, mapping, and evaluation
  • Good interpersonal skills, open-minded, tech-savvy
  • Good command of English and Chinese
