Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support for the Operations department
- Coordinate regular meetings, prepare agenda, minutes and meeting materials
- Prepare and maintain communication materials in F&B outlets, e.g. memo, notice, label, etc
- Handle purchase orders and invoices through Supply Chain Management system
- Support office administration and prepare regular reports
- Undertake ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 / HKDSE or aobve
- A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in clerical / administration is preferred
- Independent, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
