Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administrative and clerical work in Product Development Center, including but not limited to email replies, document filing and organization
- Liaise and maintain communications with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Arrange daily warehouse receiving and properly manage inventory records
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- A minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry
- A strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and and motivated with good self-discipline
- Strong organizational and communication skills with good time management
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
