Responsibilities:
- Conduct shop inspection to ensure food safety, environmental hygiene and workplace safety
- Check and inspect raw material, semi products and finish goods to ensure Company standard
- Arrange external service provider visits and laboratory testing schedule.
- Prepare documents, reports of data and analysis
- Investigation into customers’ complaints related to food hygiene and safety
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or related disciplines
- 1 year relevant experience in F&B industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge on HACCP & ISO22000 is preferred
- Self-motivated, independent and with good communication skill
- Good command in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Immediate available is preferred
