Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and oversee end-to-end finance operations for local and overseas offices in an effective and efficient manner
• Communicate with other stakeholders including operation teams for any financial matters
• Liaise with overseas local teams (including outsource agencies) for the preparation of book-closing matters
• Assist in providing timely and accurate submission of financial reports and management account packages
• Prepare and handle the full set of accounting records of subsidiaries
• Prepare balance sheet items reconciliation
• Assists to prepare in yearly audit and quarterly review exercise
• Participate in monthly stock take and fixed assets counting
• Undertake any ad-hoc work assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years of financial reporting experience, preferably in F&B industry
• Possessing an accounting professional qualification will be an advantage
• Well-organized, positive, good communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadline
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
