Responsibilities:

• Support purchasing activities for the overseas team in Group Supply Chain Department
• Co-ordinate with vendors for shipment to ensure the delivery is on schedule
• Handle quotations, invoices, and payments and develop a database
• Handle shipping documents and purchasing and analysis reports
• Assist in overseas projects and handle settlements
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proactive, responsible, self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
