Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring the implementation of Food Safety Management System for all outlets
• Monitor daily operations of outlets to ensure food products meet defined quality and food safety standards
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to address any quality issues that arise
• Provide food safety and hygiene training to frontline staff
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Food Safety or any related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in food industry or catering sector
• Knowledge of HACCP or ISO 22000 is preferred
• Willing to learn, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Officer
