Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure and assist in implementing IT projects involving various hardware and related appliances
- Administer Microsoft 365, IT assets, regular data backups, and server operations, and assist in IT Asset and Service Management
- Install, upgrade, and replace corporate computers, peripherals, and mobile devices (hardware and software) according to corporate standards
- Provide user support to resolve daily IT issues across offices, central kitchens, and stores
- Support IT-related projects, including office and retail initiatives, as well as all IT audit exercises
- Collaborate with the regional team to escalate issues to business process owners and deliver solutions
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support or IT operations, preferably in F&B retail industry
- Hands-on experience in M365 administration
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware & Veeam Backup support and maintenance
- Familiar with basic networking including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Access Point, Switch, Firewall and Network Security
- Knowledge of Endpoint Security, Mobile Device Management and IT Service Management is advantage
- POS system experience is a plus
- Team player, with a can-do attitude and a customer-oriented approach
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willingness to perform occasional non-office hour remote support and occasional travel as required
