Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management

• Oversee IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance (servers, networks, storage).

Network and Security

• Ensure network stability (LAN/WAN) and manage Palo Alto firewalls for security.
• Deploy and manage WiFi systems (Ruckus, Ruijie, Aruba).

Systems and Software Management

• Manage point-of-sale, payment systems, M365 applications, virtualization (VMware ESXi) and cloud services (Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud).
• Ensure database integrity and performance.

IT Support and Operations

• Lead the IT support team for technical assistance and system monitoring.

Backup and Disaster Recovery

• Implement backup solutions (Veeam) and develop disaster recovery plans.

Compliance and Security Policies

• Conduct IT audits and develop security policies to protect IT assets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 4 years’ proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role
• Relevant certifications in ITIL, PMP, CISSP, VMware, Veeam, etc. are a plus
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud Infrastructure, POS and Payment Solutions and ITSM, Service Desk Ticket System and Retail Operations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
