Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and office administrative support
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondences, minutes, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on daily operations
  • Maintain record and filing systems and perform general administrative duties
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years of secretarial experience preferably in Hospitality or Catering industry
  • Strong awareness of confidentiality requirement when handling sensitive matters
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Knowledgeable in Japanese is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
