Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and office administrative support
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondences, minutes, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on daily operations
- Maintain record and filing systems and perform general administrative duties
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years of secretarial experience preferably in Hospitality or Catering industry
- Strong awareness of confidentiality requirement when handling sensitive matters
- Well-organized, detail-minded, able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Knowledgeable in Japanese is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
