Responsibilities:
- Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff activities & employee relations
- Maintain & update employee data, including personal data, leave records & attendance records
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process of frontline positions including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing; contract signing, participate in job fair and recruitment talks, and providing recommendations to shops managers
- Work closely with recruitment channels and keep monitoring the effectiveness of existing recruitment channels
- Assist to implement key HR projects / programs as assigned and make recommendation and suggestions for improvement
- Continuous review, formulate and implement the HR policies and procedures
- Support in various employee relations activities
- Perform any other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in handling extensive recruitment activities, preferably in retail / FMCG / F&B industry
- With experience in sizable multinational is an advantage
- Mature, independent, well-organized with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
