Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR Business partner to provide professional advice to stakeholders
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment cycle to designated departments including corporate functions and central kitchen
  • Coordinate and support logistics of cross-brand recruitment activities
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare various HR reports / analysis for management review
  • Responsible for employee engagement, culture development and related programs
  • Support projects and activities to drive employer branding, employee relations and communication initiative
  • Partner with Internal Stakeholders to organize staff activities
  • Assist and complete others ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment and employee relations gained from reputable or sizable companies preferably in F&B, Retails or FMCG
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight work schedule
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
