Responsibilities:

• Assist in training design, coordination, logistics arrangement and activities for frontline staff
• Prepare, maintain and update the training materials such as SOP which in line with the latest operational development
• Provide administrative support of updating training records, managing training manuals and so on
• Attend product launch demonstration, take photos/videos to prepare guidelines for new product training preparation
• Handle ad hoc assignment and projects as requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Training or other related disciplines
• At least 1-year experience in training and development, preferably in F&B, Retails or FMCG industries
• A good team player, independent, proactive, and attention to details
• Creative & persistent problem solver, able to think out the box for new solutions
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese Language, knowledge in Putonghua is preferable
