Responsibilities:
- Assist in training design, coordination, logistics arrangement and activities for frontline staff
- Prepare, maintain and update the training materials such as SOP which in line with the latest operational development
- Provide administrative support of updating training records, managing training manuals and so on
- Attend product launch demonstration, take photos/videos to prepare guidelines for new product training preparation
- Handle ad hoc assignment and projects as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Training or other related disciplines
- At least 1-year experience in training and development, preferably in F&B, Retails or FMCG industries
- A good team player, independent, proactive, and attention to details
- Creative & persistent problem solver, able to think out the box for new solutions
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese Language, knowledge in Putonghua is preferable
