Responsibilities:
- Handle customer feedback escalated from stores and via different channels to maintain excellent customer loyalty
- Actively manage and update all customer services-related documents
- Collect customer feedback and share insightful ideas with the team from time to time
- Support customer services team such as data entry, filing etc.
- Administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- A minimum of 1 year’s working experience in Customer Services / Telecommunication / Tourism experience is preferred
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing
