Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for headquarters functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Create a positive candidate experience by ensuring a smooth, engaging, and informative recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
• Execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

    HR Business Partnering

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the headquarters functions, providing guidance on HR-related matters and best practices.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring a positive and seamless experience at each stage.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee experience, fostering a positive culture that boosts employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence (COE) on Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Employee Engagement & Communications, and Talent Development initiatives to create cohesive HR functions.
• Participate in the rollout of Group HR initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices across departments and multiple brands.

    Group Projects and Support

• Address emerging business and departmental needs with a solutions-oriented approach, participating in Group projects as required.
• Manage and mentor team members to improve cross-team collaboration and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, preferably in Retail / FMCG / F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
• Able to drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A proactive attitude and effective team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
