Strategic Partnership for Entering Malaysia

Entered into an agreement with Hextar Group, for the setup and operation of restaurants under the Group’s brands in Malaysia

Franchising of Marugame Seimen in Hong Kong

Acquired the exclusive franchising and licensing rights for Marugame Seimen, Japan’s largest noodle restaurant chain, in Hong Kong in November 2023

Potential Franchise in the Philippines

The Group entered into a memorandum of understanding and heads of terms with BVCUISINE Inc., a subsidiary of the Philippine conglomerate, Suyen Corporation, in relation to the proposed entry into the Philippine market by way of a franchise arrangement

Joint Venture in Australia

Entered into a joint venture agreement with ST Group Food Industries Holdings Limited to expand into Australia, marking the Group’s first foray into a Western market and developing its business with a franchise model
