Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal communication initiatives to enhance corporate reputation and engage stakeholders
• Oversee sustainability and CSR projects, collaborating closely with partners and internal departments to ensure successful outcomes
• Lead the planning and drafting of social media content (LinkedIn) to elevate the company’s profile
• Support the planning and execution of issues and crisis management communications to minimize impacts on the business and reputation
• Manage PR agencies, vendors and suppliers to ensure the deliverables are completed in a timely and orderly manner
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Language, Translation, Journalism or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in listed companies or PR agencies
• Experience in ESG reporting, results announcement, and crisis management in listed company is preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, positive can-do attitude
• Well-organized and committed to excellence
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
