Assistant Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct shop inspection to ensure food safety, environmental hygiene and workplace safety
• Check and inspect raw material, semi products and finish goods to ensure Company standard
• Arrange external service provider visits and laboratory testing schedule.
• Prepare documents, reports of data and analysis
• Investigation into customers’ complaints related to food hygiene and safety
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant experience in F&B industry would be an advantage
• Knowledge on HACCP & ISO22000 is preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and with good communication skill
• Good command in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Immediate available is preferred
