Responsibilities:
- Support purchasing activities for the overseas team in Group Supply Chain Department
- Co-ordinate with vendors for shipment to ensure the delivery is on schedule
- Handle quotations, invoices, and payments and develop a database
- Handle shipping documents and purchasing and analysis reports
- Assist in overseas projects and handle settlements
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any related disciplines
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Proactive, responsible, self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
