Group Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive on-going brand evolution and advice the business on marketing best practices to make the brand Meaningfully different & salient to the customers across our operating markets
• Key team member in formulating our brand and marketing strategies to build the brand, effectively communicate customer value propositions to the customers and drive revenue through effective marketing plans
• Act as a strategic marketing partner with Group functions & local business units’ stakeholders to understand business needs and then collaborate on designing appropriate programs
• Plan, lead and organize brand-related research
• Explore and enhance business networks for making sales leads and strategic joint promotion programs & brand partnerships
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion channels and spending in a holistic KPI setting
• Orchestrate all project timelines and manage the team’s deliverables

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality, Journalism or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years’ Marketing and Communications experience
• Experience in F&B / Hospitality industry is highly preferred
• Experience in overseas markets & consumer research will be a definite plus
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with proficiency in project management
• Ability to collaboratively develop and execute new strategic marketing initiatives
• Self-starter, self-motivated, comfort operating with strategic direction and autonomy to deliver results
• Savvy in data analysis with a sharp commercial sense and professional presentation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills particularly in social media and digital media
• Well-versed in MS Office applications and other analytical tools as well managing social media platforms
