Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate maintenance requests on daily basis and allocate appropriate resources to handle the request such as contact outsourced contractors or internal on-site technician
  • Process expense reimbursement and / or invoice settlement for management’s approval
  • Maintain a well organized documentation system for both paper-based files and electronics files
  • Ensure all urgent maintenance cases are recorded for future reference
  • Monitor contractors’ work execution through examining and overseeing contractors’ use of materials, work procedures, work progress and workmanship
  • Perform administrative support to the team including, but not limited to, booking conference room, coordinating meeting, updating duties roster
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management

 

 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or any related disciplines
  • Experience in the construction industry or repair & maintenance field is preferred
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, good teamwork, details minded and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Good hands-on experience in PC application and Chinese word processing
