Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure the food products complied with defined quality and food safety standards
• Assist Quality Assurance Manager in setting up the Food Safety System for all F&B outlets
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the documentation system and quality management system
• Liaise with all internal and external parties to address quality issues and food safety standard
• Provide food safety/hygiene training to frontline staff
• Handle complaints related to food safety and quality
• Undertake ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in food industry or catering service
• Knowledge on HACCP & ISO22000 is preferred
• Willing to learn, proactive, self-motivated
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Quality Assurance Officer
