Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis and forecast financial information for senior management to achieve its budget plans and goals
• Prepare annual budget and periodic forecast, analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations
• Provide cost analysis and inventory reconciliation, identifying variances to ensure the integrity and accuracy of production costs
• Prepare and review accounting records related to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Food Inventory
• Coordinate with the finance department to conduct spot-check stock-take exercises
• Construct and monitor finance operation and business unit SOP enhancement process
• Undertake any ad-hoc project assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience in F&B industry is an advantage
• Good business sense and analytical skills
• Independent, logical and proactive
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight schedules and in rapidly changing environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Financial Analyst
