To stay competitive in the F&B industry, our new and existing staff receive a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training system. We have established local training centres and implemented regional training support to ensure our staff is well-equipped to deliver high-standard products and services. Additionally, we adopt digital learning platforms to facilitate self-learning at our colleagues’ own pace.
