TJI Wins at Standard Chartered Corporate Achievement Awards & Another ESG Recognition Scheme

Limited (“TJI” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”; HKEX stock code: 2217), one of the leading and renowned restaurant groups in Hong Kong, is pleased to announce that it has received the Sustainable Corporate (Social Responsibility) – Outstanding Award at the Standard Chartered Corporate Achievement Awards 2023, highlighting its relentless efforts in promoting sustainable development and contributing to the betterment of society. In addition, the Company has recently been honoured with the ESG Commendation Awards in the Outstanding ESG Enterprises Recognition Scheme 2023, co-organised by Sing Tao News Corporation and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Co-organised by Standard Chartered and Hong Kong Economic Journal, the Standard Chartered Corporate Achievement Awards aims to recognise corporates with outstanding performance over the past year, in particular in the areas of cross-border business, sustainable development, innovative business and digital transformation, contributing to the economic development. At the same time, the Awards hope to strengthen communication among business elites, promote market growth, and enhance Hong Kong’s competitiveness in an all-round way. 

The Outstanding ESG Enterprises Recognition Scheme was jointly organised by Sing Tao News Corporation and Center for Economic Sustainability and Entrepreneurial Finance (CESEF) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. It aims to foster ESG awareness and practices across diverse sectors while recognising corporations with excellent ESG performance through professional judging.
