Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the warehouse and transportation teams to maintain a seamless daily operation and achieve company goals within internal guidelines
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to review performance and drive continuous improvements to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Handle diverse inventories and ensure storage conditions and logistic flows adhere to QA standards
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to enhance staff retention
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Warehousing) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the Food Manufacturing and Retail Industry
  • Hands-on experience in managing warehouse and transportation teams is a must
  • Exposure to handling raw materials, semi-products, and supplier management
  • Familiarity with supply chain management systems or related knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in QA standards
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels
  • Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure
  • Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office
  • Holding a Medium Goods Vehicle (18) license is an advantage
  • Overtime work may be required
