Responsibilities:

  • Carry out feasibility studies for potential site including site inspection, prepare technical report for licensing application, E&M provision and project preliminary budget for management approval
  • Provide information covering project sponsors’ requirements, site characteristics and traffic flow direction to Design team to ensure the design drawings meet all requirements
  • Develop full scale project plan with management and project owners including definitions of project scope, deliverables, budget, project timelines, milestones and resources required
  • Facilitate the site acquisition through the presentation of proposal and design details to negotiate with landlords, in addition to landlord’s provision
  • Organize and monitor the tendering process including preparing specifications, sending out invitations to established qualified contractor lists, produce tender analysis ensuring the tendering process is completed and complies with the Company’s Tender Policy
  • Monitor the project budget, resource allocation, work progress and work quality ensuring projects are completed as per the plan
  • Identify and manage project changes/discrepancies and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Ensure all required licenses are in place for store opening by collaborating with external consultants and submitting all required supporting documents
  • Perform site inspection to ensure project outputs meet targeted results, assessment of work completed and “Variance Order”, follow-up action on defect list
  • Ensure all work completed including work done by consignor meet the brand image and are completed as per plan

Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management / Building Services / Engineering or any related disciplines
  • Obtain certificate in PMP is an asset
  • A minimum of 6 years’ solid experience in overseeing retail store / F&B renovation
  • Hands-on project / on site management for managing fitting out projects
  • Familiar with Licensing, Means of escape, FEHD and Building Regulations
  • Good team player with excellent presentation, negotiation, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft software are a must
  • Willing to travel
