Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and overseeing the design process and food license application process for new store development and existing store renovation.
- Responsible for feasibility study, planning, budgeting, coordination, supervision, and execution of new store development and existing store renovation.
- Manage various parties, e.g. contractors, consultants, and suppliers, etc. particularly in resolving problems and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly completion of project works
- Manage project execution and ensure the project achieves the design, budget, and quality standards as planned
- Manage tender process, evaluation, and recommendation, conduct tender cost analysis and cost control
- Work independently and coordinate with the in-house team for all project-related activities.
- Ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational, and quality requirements
- Prepare building services / M&E / MEP / P&D / FS planning, design
- Reporting progress against the construction plan
Requirements:
- Degree / High Diploma in Interior Design / Building Survey / Engineering or related disciplines
- Obtain a certificate in PMP is an asset
- Possess a minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in overseeing retail store / F&B renovation
- Hands-on project / on-site management for managing fitting-out projects
- Familiar with Licensing, Means of escape, FEHD, and Building Regulations
- Good team player with excellent presentation, negotiation, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Hands on experience in Autocad and Microsoft software is a must
