Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs, formulate training plan and review training materials/ manuals regularly to meet ongoing operations needs and development
  • Design and deliver training programs in the areas of customer service, occupational safety & health, management skill and soft skills training for frontline managerial staff
  • Lead and work together with Operation Team to retain and accelerate customer service standard
  • Coordinate customer service-related training events such as Mystery Shopping Program & External Competitions
  • Design and facilitate talent management process and career ladder for frontline staff
  • Provide coaching and train-the-trainer to ensure the trainings and tools are implemented effectively
  • Perform targeted follow-up / coaching with proper planning based on identified performance gaps, MSP results, classroom performance, feedback from management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Hotel & Catering Management, Training and Development or other business-related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs, candidate with F&B or retail background would be an advantage
  • Solid experience in self-learning materials design and implementation is required
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills
  • A team player and able to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, preferably with knowledge in video shooting/editing
  • Immediately available is preferred
