Responsibilities:

• Actively and continuously source appropriate products as required by different departments
• Negotiate the best price with suppliers while maintaining supply continuity and fostering internal & external relations
• Collaborate closely with the Product Development Team on the development of new items
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier appraisals
• Develop and maintain data of the Supply Chain Management System

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or any related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years’ procurement experience, preferably in the catering industry
• High sense of integrity and ethical conduct
• Willingness to adapt to changing environments
• Good communication and negotiation skills, a good team player
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with MS Dynamic 365 is an advantage
