Operations Training Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to work closely with the Brand Operations Team
  • Drive the brand’s successful factors and develop training strategies to achieve the brand’s KPI
  • Identify company training needs, formulate and develop training guidelines and implement plans for all frontline staff
  • Manage training budget, course development, training need analysis and program review
  • Work with the team to design rundown, prepare training hand-outs, materials, tools and samples before training classes
  • Deliver health and safety, customer service, selling skills and supervisory training workshops to front-line staff
  • Execute field work in shops to evaluate front-line staff’s performance
  • Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions and provide coaching and development when appropriate

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines
  • A minimum 6 years of solid experience in training and development, preferable with exposure in F&B or FMCG industries
  • Experience in Food Chain Stores is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
