Responsibilities:

  • Report to Senior Project Manager
  • Assist to carry out feasibility studies for potential site including site inspection, prepare technical report for licensing application, E & M provision and project preliminary budget for management approval.
  • Provide information covering project sponsors’ requirements, site characteristics and traffic flow direction to Design team to ensure the design drawings meeting all requirements.
  • Assist to develop full scale project plan with management and project owners including definition of project scope, deliverables, budget, project timelines, milestones and resources required.
  • Facilitate the site acquisition through the presentation of proposal and design details to and negotiation with landlords in addition to landlord’s provision.
  • Organize and monitor the tendering process including preparing specifications, send out invitation to established qualified contractor lists, produce tender analysis ensuring the tendering process is completed complied with the Company’s Tender Policy.
  • Monitor the project budget, resources allocation, work progress and work quality ensuring the project completed as per the plan.
  • Identify and manage project changes / discrepancies and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Ensure all required licences are in place for store opening by collaborating with external consultants and submitting all required supporting documents.
  • Perform site inspection to ensure project outputs meeting targeted results, assessment of work completed and “Variation Order”, follow-up action on defect list.

Requirements:

  • High Diploma in Interior Design / Building Survey / Engineering or related disciplines
  • Obtain certificate in PMP or Facility Management is an asset
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in F&B store development / renovation with hands on project / on site managements for managing fitting out projects
  • Familiar with Licencing, Means of escape, FEHD and Building Regulations
  • Good team player with excellent presentation, negotiation, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, good team work, details minded and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Hands on experience in Autocad and Microsoft software is an asset
  • Willing to travel
  • Candidate with more experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
